TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement is effective as of July 1, 2023.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our SpendLight (“the App”), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice, and your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms.

Registration

You may be required to register in order to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account or password with anyone. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our App.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All materials displayed or performed on the App are protected by copyright. You shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the services.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

By using our App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
